At Vivooiremoveie, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

Service Re-Performance

If you are not happy with the quality of work performed, we will return to your property and re-perform the service at no additional cost. This applies to concerns reported within 48 hours of the original service.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Service was not performed as scheduled without prior notice
• Quality concerns that cannot be resolved through re-performance
• Cancellation of recurring services (prorated for unused portion)

Monthly Package Cancellation

Monthly service packages may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Refunds for the current billing period will be prorated based on services already rendered. No refunds are issued for partial weeks.

One-Time Service Policy

For one-time services, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and offer re-performance or a partial refund as appropriate based on the nature of the concern.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services already completed satisfactorily
• Products or materials already applied to your lawn
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service
• Issues caused by factors outside our control (weather, pre-existing conditions)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a service concern:

• Contact us within 48 hours of service
• Provide your service date and details of the concern
• Allow us to inspect and assess if needed

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service.
